The reactions were filmed prior to the levitation. The actual levitation was done later, he being lifted up by “invisible” wires or some other kind of external device.
If you notice, when you see him levitating, you only see one of the spectators. Additionally, you only get to see a limited view of that spectator. This is because it isn’t the original spectator, but an actor in similar clothing. At the end, a recording of the crowds reaction to another trick is shown.
Television magic.
Basically this is an old magicins trick with added camera effects. He angles his body 45 degrees and goes up on the ball/toes of his right foot - you don’t see it. The levitation trick is actually a couple of inches. I’m afraid the rest of the height has been added later. look for the shimmering under the feet as the graphic artist struggles to do it invisibly.

use real people for a simple ‘one foot on tip-toes’ version, then later on repeat with wires and an insert actor playing the real people. edit together.
* if this trick didn’t involve wires or editing trickery, then he would reproduce it on one of his big public appearances where real news crews are watching.

okay its a video edit. umm watch as the women from the reactions have different outfits than the one being angled on the levitation part. okay this is how it was done, the first part where they reacted like that couldve been the balducci trick. then the 2nd part where it was angled, it was actually done with wires and stuff to make it look like it was all in one setting. they couldve cleaned up the act a bit and matched the outfits but. oh well.
Wires!!! are you fuckin serious!? do you think if he had some sort of truck with wires on he wouldnt of been exposed by now..
no one can explain how he does it except him. And video editting? behave! Why do you have to make bullshit excuses for things you dont understand?
Simple logic..
there is no camera seen behind the short lady whe they were shown from front. But when fake david levitates.. there is a camera behind that short lady.. Again when the ladies were shown from front, there is no camera behind the short lady… Is this not enough to tell that fkin david used video editing????
he waits for the actual audience to leave then gets the extras for the shots of him levitating and attaches a harness to make him rise about 5 inches in the air
1st the reaction of the people is for when he levitates using the toe on foot so he will b bout 3 inches in the air then its dne by some1 pulling him up to make it look like he is levitating and then they put that reaction in
it’s a video edit, the girl on the right side is wearing a white shirt with a blue sweatshirt around her waste, now when u actually see him go into the air u do not see the women, the women when u see him in the air and the other are completly different people.
however he does do the illusion there, he’s only a few inches off the ground.

the person u see at 0.5 -0.13 is not the same person u see at start or ending , its a stand in , he didnt levitate he used wires!
