instead of changing the glasses, im pretty sure he uses a magnet hidden behind the bottle, thats why he is moving the bottle upwards, to get the needles out of the glass.
i think its nit just a fake bellybutton, he used a thin rubberskin above his real skin leaving a tiny hole in his bellybutton…
he changes the glass of wine for another one when he puts the bottle in front of it, thats why the bottle has a piece of cloth round it and thats why he doesnt turn it during the whole video. then, he has a false belly button with some thread and the needles on it

yes and the skin u saw was not skin most likley. it was probably fake skin. he prob had a torrso skin outfit and hit a sting with needles there

Fix some neodymium magnets inside that bottle and they would pull those needles right out of the glass as he pours the wine in….good trickery though!
