Just make a paper cutout of your watch, tape that to your arm and go lay out in the sun. You will then after you have a nice tan of your watch on your forarm, use baby powder on your hand to make your watch tan around your wrist seem like its gone as you move your hand up to your forarm to show the tan line up there hiding under your sleve. Hope this helps, but thats how i think they did it after watching the video over and over.
