How do you do the trick where you rip a card in 4 pieces??

How do you do the trick where you take a card, rip it in 4 pieces, then put them in your hand, close your hand, and when you open your handthe 4 pieces have become a regular card again??

I really dont like this trick because you have to destroy your cards permanantly. But anyway i will try and find the tutorial vid for it
