All right, I am not an expeienced member, or a very important or special magician, but this is my opinion on TnR's, here we go.
Style- This varies from person to person, My and traums impromptu TnR's some of you who if you knew the methods, would like it, because its more of what you like in a TnR, however, some of you would hate it because its not what you see in a TnR, it comes down to what you like.
One thing we can agree on is the spectator needs to examine the pieces or restored card, which is why I tend to frown upon TnR's like Theory 11's TnR, sure it looks good, but can it be examined? no. which kind of ruins the overall nding of a TnR.
This is why tricks like Torn I still like, because even though it uses a gimmick, at the end it can be examined, which like I said that is what imo really sells the trick. And also, the less gimmicks and objects used in a TnR really makes it more easier(possibly) and imo makes it seem to flow and just feel better. I dont mind using gimmicks, but the less I have to use and the easier to set it up or even not use one is what I prefer.
So my mission, is to create several TnR's impromptu or not, that use very little, easy to make/set up, easy to perform, and last of all and not least, to be completely examinable at the end.
Thanks for my rant, this is my Theory.
Btw, here are two vids, number one is The Invisible TnR(better name would be nice) This one I might reveal here, I bet some will figure it out tho.
<a href='http://media.putfile.com/Another-new-TnR'>Click here to watch 'Another-new-TnR'</a>
and this one is S.D.R. (Sign, Destroy, Rebuild) which I have a thread about, but here is the vid for you lazy people.
<a href='http://media.putfile.com/Sign-Destroy-Rebuild-Torn-and-restored'>Click here to watch 'Sign-Destroy-Rebuild-Torn-and-restored'</a>
I am still working on others, one I call Neptune Restoration, a Red card is ripped up, rebuilt, then flipped over to reveal its now Blue, But like SDR, the card is not complete, but the pieces can be handed out for examination before and after. The nice thing is that it is almost impromptu, and if the card is the 9 of hearts, after restoration and change, the card is still the 9 of hearts.

sorry for Double post, but me and my magician buddy came to a conclusion, he kind of likes the trick now after I explained the purpose, but anyways he is going to offer some help with The TnR Theory.
Btw he had a nice idea but a decent method for his own TnR, when I first looked at it I was like eh, its decent. But after we talkd for a while we devoloped a new method that is actually pretty good, this one is really simple and can be done easyily, and can be reset very fast, and of course, can be examined

alright here is another TnR from me, except this one me and Nic Osborn worked on together, and I like it. the last part I made up I call the flawless restoration phase, and can be a great last move for many TnR effects.
enjoy

alright, I didnt invent this trick idea, I just devoloped another method for i. This method takes 15 seconds to set up, and is really easy to do, infact its almost impromptu.

Seriously. What was that? Anybody could tell the card was just folded up. Not to mention:

Oh and, for the "FiTH" one. Even though the card was out of view for about 3/4 of the entire movie, I still have a theory (which is probably correct) on how to do it.

Wow you figured out the worst trick I ever made, and before I remade the method.
You must be very proud:rolleyes:

Re-made the method, you mean the fire one? If so, that one was even worse.

Seriously, shut up. Cheap trick invented like 10 TnRs so you found out what he calls his worst one.
@CheapTrick: I actually invented one of the TnRs you made, but I never showed it on here...dang...

and devil, what I mean as a impromptu TnR, is as it uses no extra cards or gimmicks

true, very true, although my method for F.I.T.H, may not look as good as the original, the extras are ditched throughout the trick, so you can just hand out there card without having to slide or hide any extras

@cheaptrick: I wasn't saying shut up to you...I was saying it to senseiman...cuz he was being an ass...
And then I was saying how one of the TnRs you posted was I invented a while back but never got around to making a video of it...
Edit: oh wait never mind...I misread your post...I didn't know you were talking to Devil...

its similiar, however the method is differant, such as the first two restorations look alike, they are very differant in terms of method, plus you actually get to see the last piece.
btw I have a new one I am working on, kind of a unique T&R that uses a gimmick that is used over and over and over again, and no cards are ever destroyed(unless they sign it which in turn is stronger for you to hand out)

haha whats funny is bullet from e sucked and imo mine at the least was comparible and why would you make a several thats like pointless there should just be one killer one then you move on to another effect dont waste your time and i know im horrible and nothing of mine will ever sell

some of them look really good and if they can be examined then thats even better.
the ending for mine is fairly similar to ur invisible TnR, in that when piecein it together u dont actually have any other pieces in ur hand. i like the new ending u have too pretty sweet. i got a cool ending that is very similar. keep up the good work

These are really Good! I would just say to take your time with the method and make sure every thing is clean at the end, that way you'll end up with some perfect TnR's which leave people speechless. Like Traum said, keep up the good work!

uh what? you made little sense, and I'm not sure if they will be sold, its not an issue for me, I dont really care. and your cib wasnt bad, only thing I didnt like is how could you explain the pocket in the label when they examine it, cause that happened to me when I tried to perform it.
