This isnt bicycle cards but atleast it's a full deck of cards: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.socr.ucla.edu/jars/SOCR/images/cards/spades4.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.socr.ucla.edu/jars/SOCR/images/cards/&h=207&w=150&sz=11&hl=en&start=3&tbnid=5ZZHQQnz5QtPLM:&tbnh=105&tbnw=76&prev=/images%3Fq%3D4%2Bof%2Bspades%26gbv%3D2%26svnum%3D1 0%26hl%3Den

And to print them, you need a decent printer that can print all sort of colors

And you have to set the size of them to the right size.. I don't know the size of a normal bicycle card or any other card.. Sorry..

I think he wanted to make them himself.. Not take others gaffs..

And a great sofware to edit the pictures in is Photoshop

I am getting better in photoshop, and I just realized that only my text tool is being weird. It won't let me use it on signatures.

I made a thread in the Written Out tutorials that may help.
As for scanning, I scanned up all my own images. It took like 1-2 hours per deck (I scanned 8 cards at a time and then I cropped each card into its own picture) or you scan up one at a time.
