making flash paper

i was testing out different ways to make flash paper with household products. the only thing that really worked was spray on axe (deodorant). i dont feel like going out and having to buy a bunch of stuff. idea's?

what type of paper did u use? when i tried axe it was a slow (but big) burn.

first i tried post it notes. then regular paper. is there any extremely flammable household sprays?

i don't think that arisol sprays are the answer.
you would probably need some flammable powder.
the only thing that i thought of would be grind up a wick (like 1's from a firework) dissolve it in some type of alcohol and soak the paper in it. then let it dry. then idk if it would work.
the right way is to use a flare but i dont have nor have ever had nor even touched a flare.

youve sparked me to do a bunch of my own expiraments but these r with all liquids.
ive also heard that flour (if really fine) egnites. (seen it in flour bombs on youtube)
ill tell u my results asap.

Flour only ignites when it's dispersed in air. A pile of flour or a parchment covered in flour will not ignite. Blow powder out of a straw into an open flame and it will definitly ignite. I would NOT do that indoors and I wouldnt actually use a straw unless you dont like your eyebrows, I was just using that situation as an example.

As far as flash paper goes, I responded in your other thread about that.

ive been looking on google but its all acidic stuff and i dont know of any stores that sell that

yea, theres a lot of links but they all use chemical's or flares. none are with any stuff i have.
also, i wasn't expecting flour to work, i just saw a flour bomb and thought that it would be cool.
im thinkin like flamible powders on their own, without being disbursed in the air.
