Hello everyone !
Toady i've decided to make a little game !
I love to create new effects (i prefer create effects than actually perform them), i'm currently working on a looooot of tricks !
But, some day ago, i've made a little mentalism effect for fun, with really tiny material.
Before share the secret with you, i've decided to make a little demo. The first to figure out the complete trick win the game !
You can ask me questions.

This first one is really simple, so i'm sure you will find it soon.

this is almost impossible to figure out and i will tell u why. we all know u already know what card is in the envelope. so when u make a video sayin there is no forcein yet the card that YOU select matches the card in YOUR envelope its a little hard to figure out hope u can understand the point im makin....in my mind there is no trick there ur selectin a card that u know matches the prediciton u made in the envelope....its very difficult to show any mentalism effect on camera if u dont have a genuine spectator there, and even then its hard to tell they are not just doin wat u have asked them to do

Yes i totally understand you.
But this is not really a Demo : Of course you can't really show a mentalism effect over a camera.
It's a game with an answer. If we admit that this trick can be done in this condition, without force, how can it be done ?

ok fair enough i get it....well for this to b done with out a force i can only think of it bein a gimmicked envelope. possibly with multiple compartments and multiple predictions u just show the one u want to show........for example if u have 6 esp cards u could have an envelope with 3 compartments and each prediction is double sided u just take it out of the correct compartment the correct way round to show u were right

uh...I am thinking 3 things. the last one dont take it personal.

1st-your using the thought force.
2nd-you did something to the star so that somebody would think of the star or choose it.
3 (dont take it personal)-you just made a video, with you knowing to choose the star, and made the star prediction.

Always wanted an ESP, GuitarCenter doesn't carry them. :mad:

do you do it so that you have a duplicate of the 5 cards already finger palmed. so that way they tell you which one they chose and then you just fake pull out that card by sliding it against the back of the envelope and then voila!

lol that was what i came up with, but no duplicates are used, its a really nice idea and quite a few possabilites for other tricks as well

I came up with a new effect (using the same concept) and i need a name for it. :)

Here is the effect :

You show to the spectator a double sided blank card and secretly write a prediction on one side. Ask the spectator to signed the other side.
Put the prediction in a sealed ungimmicked envelope. (the spectator can touch the envelope to feel that the Prediction card still there the entire time !)

Then, take a deck of card (you can see the back) and ask the spectator to tell you ANY card they want. Like in the invisible deck, the spectator can change their mind, the choice is absolutely free. Let's say he choose the Queen of Diamond.

You open the envelope and reveal the other side of the signed prediction... "You will choose the Queen of diamond"


Tell me your ideas for the name !

the method you use in this trick is like the method in the **** card trick (censored because it isn't true )
