Let's say you create an amazing effect. Just amazing. I mean you have been working on this for 7 years, and now your finally satisfied. You think your ready to release this effect to the public, and spread this great effect around the globe. Besides spreading the magic, you are excited about releasing it because you really need the money. You are a full time magician. You finally release it. But then you stumble a website, that is giving your 7-years of work away for free! You are not mad but disapointed. All this work for nothing.

How would this make you feel? No bashing, just answer this question. Nothing else.

First of all, I don't really spend 7 years in inventing a trick. Next, every trick has moves not only invented by its creator but also by many people.

Back to the topic : I feel like crying. I will try banning that site, that is what happening with this site.

of course YOU dont spend 7 years creating a trick. your just a teenager, so you never say " i been working on this since i was 8" but many do ( daniel garcia said his first greed gimmick was made with manopoly money when he was just a kid) i know lots of older magicians who have spent years refining a performance.

i agree that few will coment on this thread....it just serves to remind everyone how many of this group are imitators and thieves.
