Yep, i prefer this one but i like to create a true magic moment :
I have one spectator holding the deck and the other holding the "five" cards.

In this video, he count really slowly (I mean, if you say : okay, so i have One....... two.... three...... four....... five cards, it look suspicious.)
You don't need to prove that their is five cards !
I like to say : "Okay, so i don't know what is your card but i know it's one of this one, two, three, four five cards : it's already a good beginning !"

Then i ask the spectator to keep the cards between his hand. The other hold the deck.
I light a lighter near the five cards. I take my time, speak slowly... Most of the time, people tell me that they feel the card disapear !

Edit : Another good way is to ask the spectator to sign the card and turn your head when you show the five cards. The climax is more impossible.

Thanks fer the tips, I learned it and its pretty cool. One thing though. I saw someone perform The Biddle Trick but it was done differently. I don't remember exatcley what he did but I do remeber there being two packs, One for the magician and one for the spectator. The spectator gives one of his cards to the magician and the magician does the same to the spectators pack. Then the tricks is done. Anyone Recall anything? :)

maybe some kind of "do as i do" trick that is basically where the magician VERY OPENLY arranges the deck and takes half of the deck (with diamonds and spades) and gives the other half (with clubs and hearts) to the spec, the spec settles on one card and is told to put it on the magicianīs packet; magician does the same, and then he finds the color mate of the card chosen by the spec

But the trick is indeed the Biddle Trick ;) , it just has that extra inserted...srry but I can't remember exactly what he did.
