If you watch the david blaine split spades video on utube, and pause it on the clipshift you can see the card half on top and him sliding it across. I worked out how to do it from this
<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/kqWQy33AEjs&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/kqWQy33AEjs&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

Clipshift is VERY hard to do! It takes a lot of practice..

Stanhimself, what does this video prove at all? That clipshift isn't gimmicked? I think it was a given that clipshift is putting the card on top of the deck. The real thing, is HOW you do it. =p

No, I really can do it well. I've performed it for my older brother and it seemed like he liked it.

I'm not going to bother asking my next question because I know that "Your camera broke".

Actually, it didn't. lol, I just don't have a youtube account or anything. The only problem with my version is the getready is not completely one handed. other than that, it's as fast and visual as the Buck's clipshift. I just need to keep practicing it, because sometimes it doesn't work right. When it does, though, it's great.:D

I just don't have a youtube account or anything.
Being the amazing man I am, I figured out a solution to this problem.
I have to take credit because it is such an ingenious idea.
Ahem, make an account.
I don't think you can justify that you can do a Clipshift as good as the Bucks in one day without a video. C'mon dude, a day?

ok, maybe it's not QUITE as good as their's, but it's still pretty good. besides, I figured out the method a week or two ago, and i've been practicing different methods for 4 weeks and counting.

I like how you jump from 1 day to a "Week or Two Ago". By Monday it'll be a few months. Two weeks later you'll be a veteran doing it for 5 years.

No no, the buck twin footage just confirmed that what I was playing around with was close to the actual method. It's been a day since I figured out how to do the change with my finger curled in. I don't want to argue with you. If you don't believe me, that's fine.

I don't understand why you aren't making a video though if your camera isn't broken.

wull, he pivots it in place with his inex in the real clipshift, but what's the get-ready? We don't know if it's one handed or not because they edited the load out.

The get ready is just doing a clipsteal and then placing your hand in the correct place. Watch stanhimself's performance again, he actually does the get ready.

Yeh, I learned a little bit from your tut, Traum. It's just that you taught how to make a card vanish, not change. I adapted it using a clip steal.
