Mayhem: Coin Madness

Hello LMT!

Wanted to tell you about a new trick me and Domenic have been working on.

It's called Mayhem...
Some of you know how it flows down, some of you don't.

So I'll give it to you uphand...

Coins?

Magicians have been able to do so many things with them so far...Levitate....Melt...Bend...Even change the value in a blink of an eye!

But... Not until now, has a magician figured the secret to causing Mayhem with one...

Mayhem is a new, over the edge Coin Signature Transportation.


Suppose you walk up to a spectator, hands shown empty.
You then ask them to take out two coins, any value of the same kind. Quarters, half dollars, pennies. Or you can supply your own. Either way, you ask the spectator to sign ONE coin, and keep the other in their pocket.

The spectator then holds tightly onto the signed coin, and with a snap, its done. The spectator removes the coin from their pocket, only for them to notice THAT is the signed
coin.

Alas, in there hands, is a unsigned coin.

...But its not over.

As they are amazed by that.
You do one last thing.

Simple...But a deadly move.... You hand back their coin.


The look on the face, priceless? Not priceless.

But full of Mayhem indeed.

Now why would that be amazing?

Well, in the spectators view...You just moved AND vanished a signature with two of the SAME
coins..

That's right.

Signed, moved, and vanished.

Spectator can keep both coins.

No duplications.
No sleights or illusions.
Nothing you would think of.

No, not even that..


This is the real deal.

This.. is Mayhem.

k just wanted to be the one to coment the entire post lol that sounds sweet but uhh the last part where u say vanish do u mean u vanish the coin or the signature cuz i have a great idea for a new vanish that could be verry well aplyed to this prob the simplest out there haha but not evan a magician would catch it(atleast not the ones ive tryed it on) and a new name for the site couuld be... uhh revo magician or revo artist or revo magic (btw for u who dont know "revo" is short for revolutionary

i wouldnt say it was better then pubtricks. true pubtrick was a piece of outragous biter crap, but SA had nothing. Every week I would hear the hype and nothing came of it. In LMT there was more hype surrounding SA tricks then Ellusionist AND theory11. I would really like to see a video or something.

with all due respect why dont u ever show performances for these tricks it would help alot ? wish you luck with your site and the trick sounds cool but is there any extra coins invovled at all ?can the signed coin be placed in there hand then switch or vanish like right off the bat without you touching it the coin they sign and hold tight changes? cuz it sounds like some sort of switch what kind of conditions and isnt there a effect where a sig switchs places already ive heard of similar before?

also, no, no extra coins, and no. They can hold onto the coin they signed without the magician touching it.

Our past plans for tricks and releasing them have failed.
Epic.

We now have a new method with things, and we are using Mayhem to kick us off.

We will ANNOUNCE a trick, but build on to information as the trick becomes closer.

For instance, a good month into the making, we will flat out announce it.
As we have done here with Mayhem, a few more weeks, or days, we will add a video.
Then we will finally put it up for purchase.

This becomes a more reliable and easy way for our customers, and fans.
As well as staff.

Yes, but for some people, it is easier to see the trick visually then just reading words about it....
Like, some people might not get the trick through words, but a vid would be much better, and some people could just be lazy to read it.

Of course a video will be better, but it will most certainly not show any bad sides. Its never possible to judge either text or video, until we really see it performed, with no cits edits.
