You can design and print your own, Bicycle only asks that you order a minimum of 10,000 decks.
Short of that....?
Or you could watch this -

or buy The Gaff Factory - A comprehensive dry-mounting tutorial for $20.00

or buy FAKO sheets

Or buy the freakin decks....
There are only 3 ways to do anything in this world
1. good
2. fast
3. cheap
You can always pick 2, but never have 3
If you buy the decks predone - it's going to be fast and good, but not cheap
If you make them yourself, it's going to be slow... and it may not be good. Remember you want them to still look clean, professional and like they came from the factory. If you think you got the chops and you are a skilled artisan, go for it, otherwise, learn tricks that don't use gaffs.
Real magicians have been fooling people for centuries with nothing but a plain deck of cards and a pocket filled with loose change.
Did you know that a standard Bicycle gaff deck is only $8 anyway?
