anyone who owns mystique by daniel madison, the new dangerous dvd, will know what im talking about. for all of you who dont have it, focus is basically a cool colour change which can end up as a transposition card to pocket effect.
what do you guys think about it?
im just wondering if its worth the practice. the way daniel does it, it looks very smooth, almost like the "change" 2008, except with a little aid from the other hand.
actually, ive been thinking. what about if you copped a red backed card while spectators examine a blue deck, then load the card under the deck, cut the deck, load a card on top of the red card and then riffle force the blue card which is on top of the red card. then, double lift ( do a fancy one lol ) and show the fornt of the red card...let them sign it, and use little subltelties to subconsiously convince the spectator he has signed a blue card. At the moment, the trick hasnt even begun as far as the spectator i concerned, so the db will fly by. then do the focus colour change and show the back...
i think it would be quite stunning...
