I don't like the way the card is chosen. It's a magician choice : You make the spectator choose between two things, if he said what you want, you say "ok, fine" if he choose the other one you said "ok so we are going to eliminate this one". The deck is in a special order so you remember which card is at which number. In this case, the spectator choose the number 24, so you will force the twenty-fourth card, in this case, the queen of heart.

This is just my guess.

...thats called envoque, and it didn't appear that way in the video, also the advertisement says "no deck stacks" so yea... I don't think the video shows you the "actual trick" so it's not much to go on.
