I came up with a trick, and I'm wondering what you guys think. Its inspired by this one trick by sankey, and this other trick david blaine did.
What happens:
You write down a prediction on a post it note, and put the marker away. The spectator thinks of a card from an "invisible deck", and your prediction matches (lets say 6H). You crumple up the prediction, give it to the spec, and offer to let them do the thing with a real deck, and that no matter what card they touch, your prediction will match. They hold the deck under the table, and put one card on top of the deck. The card doesn't match, its the 8 of Diamonds. But when they look at the prediction, it's changed to the 8 of diamonds.
use a super sharpie for the prediction
shuttle pass the prediction for a changed prediction
double lift the top 2 cards, knowing the top card on the deck beforehand
It sounds long, but in a performance situation it could be pretty hard hitting.
