I have just finished mastering "modern coin magic" book,and I want to start doing card magic ,so whats the best book in card magic that covers most of the slieghts

Royal Road if you want it affordable (though dated), and Card College if you want pretty much the modern day Bible of card magic.

The Royal Road to Card Magic by Jean Hugard and Frederick Braue. No doubt the best beginner's card book you'll find.
If you like DVDs I would recommend Oz Pearlman's Born to Perform Card Magic, an awesome DVD that I wish had been around when I was learning.
