The thread going into the neck is called saw, the version he's talking about is "choked".

basically, put rubber cemment on your neck(such a pain to get off) (make sure your not allergic first) ok, take there ring, pretend to put it in your mouth nd swallow it, than grab the unbent paper clip(put thr ring around the paper clip,but keep it in your fist), rub it against your neck brink your chin down(causing the rubber cement to stick and look like its in your skin) than when you tear it out, let the ring fall down the paper clip
