no it isnt the whole point of it bein able to restick is cause u need to be able to peel it apart and then restick it back together.

teh gimmick is made by tearing the card, (split the face off the card first) and then usein the spray to stick it back together. u will then b able to tear it up and stick it back together cause the spray is re stickable. if it were permanent spray then u wouldnt b able to stick it back together after u tore it up
