I can't think what it's called, but its a fountain/riffle shuffle combo. I know Cestowski teaches it in his Encyclopedia of Card Flourishes. I've never used it, and can't remember the technique I'm afraid. I seem to remember though that it takes a bit of practice to get them to flow like that and not just fall into a clump

Yeh I can do it. Not very well though. Basically you faro the cards together but keep them separate at right angles. Then you hold the cards... Actually just search on youtube. Here's one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KftZggyMsk
