webcam or digital cam

I just invented a tnr effect and I want to make a video for it ,but I dont have any cams so should I buy a hight quality webcam and use it for making the video or should I buy a digital cam ?

no matter what webcam u buy the quality is goin to b no where near as good as a digital camera, a chaep digital camera could give u the same qualty as a high priced webcam.

yeah it depends how much ur gonna use it tho, if u plan on usein the cam for other things the digital camera is prob best but if not then just get a webcam. at least that way u can also use it to chat with people online :)

Ill just use it for magic videos ,so Ill buy a webcam afterall.
also my bro has a digital cam but he wont let me use it.

A webcam for 20 dollars or a digital video camera for 5000$, the quality will be the same on youtube.. It comresses your video so much that it doesnt matter what you're recording it with.

But, if you upload ur videos to Vimeo, i suggest you get a high quality camera with HD
