Its easy to figure out for magicians but I think it will fool a layman

just watched it. the tearing looked so fake im sorry to say. i mean it kinda tore by itself without your fingers actually touching it.

yeah I know thats the main drawback of the trick ,do you have an idea so tear would look good.

i tried a tnr similar to this one but i don't really remember how everything played out.. but if you wanna make it more realistic than make the tearing more realisticput your hand at the top and pretend to make your way down as you release the piece
