Had some troubles with Deep Thought so I just picked Mono This. Still a great effect, though.

MONO THIS

The magician gets out a notepad and asks a spectator to sign a piece of paper, it can be a name, a drawing, a date, anything. It really is the spectator’s decision! The magician then gives the spectator their piece of paper back, the magician then takes a piece of paper for himself/herself. This time the magician writes his/her secret prediction. Next he folds his/her prediction up and places inside an ordinary card box or any other items.
The magician now spreads through a deck of cards and asks a spectator to choose one card, the magician shows the spectator their own chosen card. The deck is then put away.
The magician asks for the spectator’s signed piece of paper, the magician folds it up but suddenly it vanishes, no where to be seen. The magician opens his card box and pulls out a piece of folded paper, he/she opens it up. There is only one piece of paper, not only does it show the magician’s prediction of the correct card but also shows the spectator’s exact signature! The two pieces of paper have somehow merged together!
But the best part is, everything is completely examinable!

It is honestly, the EXACT same signature on the EXACT same spot. There's no doubt in that!

The poll was the trick. :-P He gave us the illusion of control. lol. jk. BUt it is like the elections, we vote but is who we vote for who really wins? Hmmm. lol.

Back on topic. Not bad.

It's good, but I'm not sure if it's original. If I'm not mistaken, I've read of a similar trick before. But I could be wrong.

Also a tip, you don't have to peel of the card to do that force. Just keep it in the bottom then cull it to the other hand while you spread.

Just a F.Y.I. most office stores have carbonless paper..it's cleaner and for this effect may be easier to use.

Carbonless paper usually produces blue-ish marks though. Have yet to see one that makes a close black. You'll have to match that blue ink pen well.
