ok i think i figured it out. one half of the deck(the one he gives the spec) is normal. the 1 he uses is double sided. one side has the same cards that the specs deck has and the other are different cards. the spec pics a card form his deck. then when he sets it down he turns it over. when he goes back through it of course its gone. im pretty sdure thats how its done

Yea. I kinda figured this out second time watching it, I wasn't that good the first time.
But I guess that's what I like about Jay Sankey's preview vids is that he will do the move on camera. If that was an ellusionist or Penguin trick then they would probably zoom in on the magician's face, while they are doing that one move.
