I have seen a couple magicians do this same glass penitration, such as David Blaine. Its when the magician places a news paper or a paper in some way over the glass and then you see there hand go into the glass, going through the paper and glass, so the thing is I know a way of doing it but is there any 100% way of how this is done, because I just know a few but they arnt very clean, here is a video of a Bone Ho guy performing it, somewhere towards the middle.
