Does anyone know the name of the torn and restored card he does, and/or the method?

It's ambitious card.
What he does is he fakes the "Tell me when to stop" and only takes one card.
Then he drops the one card on top and dribbles the deck to mask it up.
he does a push off double lift to make it "RISE" up on to the deck.
SIMPLE AMBITIOUS CARD ROUTINE

actually i caught the first part, I know he does a bluff pass. I just don't know how he does the rest, tearing and restoring the signed card.

its an obvious dupe with a dupe signature.
the bad thing bout television magicians u only see what htye want u to see. he could have been standing with those women for 30-40 mins and had her sign a number of cards, maybe even possibly two 2 of clubs. that way he is able to get 2 identicle cards with similar signatures on them. but because u never see what happens before the trick starts u dont know what the prep work is for the trick.
after watchin the video that is the only possible way he could do it, he tears the card up face up showin the signature as he tears it and keeps hold of it as he hands the woman the deck.
the signed card is then obviously on top of hte deck she is holdin. blaine folds the card as small as possible to keep the pieces together when he fake transfers it to his other hand and pushes it onto the deck, he pockets the pieces and reveals they have vanished and the soigned card is now on top of the deck

The only thing I think may have been done differently than the way you said is: I think she signed one two of clubs and he had one of hs crew sign another one with her name because if you pause it, the sigs are waaaaay dfferent than each other, which is why he only flashes it real fast before tearing it.

damn, i thought this effect was doable. Lots of comments on the video page talked about dupe signiatures. Of course, this is always laymen's explanation. I suppose in this case its true. This video actually showed me that the bluff pass if pretty damn convincing. I'm probably gonna add it to my ambitious card instead of the tilt since the tilt is crappy with angles.

the only thing wrong with that is when did the crew have time to even look at her signature, sign a second 2 of clubs and then get it to david to put on top of the deck, all while the girls weren't lookin......i mean if they dont see him give the card to blaine he's gotta make it real subtle abotu signin the card so they dont see him, just seems too much effort for a littel trick like this
its possible but i highly doubt it, a dupe card is easier and a better way to do it rather than usein an assistant to fake a signature
the reason they are way off is obvious because when u ask someoen to sign their name on the card she isnt goin to sign it exactly the same way every single time, it will alwasy be different, but as long as the signature looks similar and is in roughly the same spot as soon as its ripped up its not gonna b noticed
