I dunno what it's called, but basically you peal off one card, then the second one you get a pinky break, and when you peal off the third card, you let that second card contact the bottom of that packet and steal it away. Works really well when you have a full deck and want to deal off the 4 kings and only have three (Jay Sankey teaches this count in some trick)

I think you mean elmsly count or how you write it.. There is no other false counts than that one.. Some similar ones but I havent seen anything different than the elsmley

o.O no elmsley (sp?) count is not a false count for showing more cards than you have, its to show the same card twice but you hide another. if u have 4 aces and do the elmsley count, youll still end up with seeing 4 but you'll see one of em twice

he means counts where you have lets say 4 card and you make it seem like 5

Elmsley and Biddle.

I mean seriously, what else is commonly used? Not the Jordan, Flustration, Hamman, Gemini, Revolution (Sankey's invention) or Dracula (Dan and Dave).

I like the elmsley because you can do it with slices of bread. Refer to Sankey 1999.

i was gonna say the exzct same thing. there are a hell of a lot more false counts than the elmsley, it just depends what type of effect u want.

i really like sankeys false count but i dont rememebr what its called, its basically a way to shoe 3 cards as 7. takes some practice to get it smooth but it looks pretty convincein. u show 3 face up cards and 4 face down cards, the face down cards then vanish (obviously) and apear face up in the centre of the deck.

REVOLUTION COUNT. Used in "Collect Me Not" in Sankey's Greatest Hits.
