New material, Please everyone read.

Sorry i dont post on here much, as i dont use the cpu much, i mainly practise.
Anyways, i was fiddling around with an idea yesterday, and found this amazing new substance. I dont want to give away to much info, but if you want anymore info, PM me. This is mainly directed to Traum and Magick and MattSconce, 3 of the most experienced people on here, mainly because i want the best advice i can get :)
The material, when put in water, is invisible. I was thinking, maybe i could attach string to the material, put an object in a puddle or something, Show no strings attatched to the object, and as i pull away, the object moves. also, there is a nice rippling effect to go along with the moving object. Just an idea. Also, MindfreakDD, ur idea to part a puddle may work with this substance. i just need some advice and ideas on what i could do with it.
To the 3 mentioned above, if ur interested in helping me, could you plz pm me so i can tell you what the material is?

what i ment was that from what ive heard, those three are the most experienced, but i might be wrong. im really sorry if i am wrong, and i ment to say that if you have an idea, u r more than welcome to post it :)

Well, magicianofseer, if you resist the urge to make money from this idea, you can share the idea publicly and receive lots of advice. We, all the members of lmt forums, may be able to create something really good that we can all use to amaze people. Sure, there is a chance that you have a marketable idea. But why not contribute something and have everyone benefit?

take your "substance" ( most obviously simple glass/acryl or the foil around cigarette packs ), put sth.( obviously heavy that would sink immedialtely ) on top of it and hang it in glass... let spec. taste the water before showing it is not the physical effect of 2 different liquids with different density...

then tell spec, you can make the object float in middle off glass.. then let it go down until it stands on the glass tube/square/whatever you use... et voila: spec sees object float in water...

i only ask of this because of people who arent members may come on here, and by some rare chance find it. I wont market it if it becomes good, as you guys would have done just as much as i did, so that unfare for me to market as my own. so, as someone stated above, we can all amaze people with it :)
