pk touches w./ invisible thread or not?

Hi, I know the basic method for PK touches, because it was revealed here. I'm however confused if this is Banacheck's version, or is if Kieth Barry is using invisible thread. To me he is obviously using invisible thread, but a lot of people have referred to this routine as PK touches, so maybe even I'm fooled?

The first one is Banachek's original PK touches, the second is using IT.

I don't get it... He touchs her then he touchs him, and ask if she felt it?
Well of course she felt it, he touched her first. Is it that the secret?

Well by seeing the video a second time, my guess is that he tap the guy in the back when is doing all that gestures (that's why he put himself in front of her so she can't see it) and then tap the girl and ask if he felt it. And he says yes because he felt it but not at the exact time as when he touch the girl. But by the way he ask it, everyone else deduce that it was at the same time, but it wasn't.
And for the second one, I think I saw the dvd of it, when you have a loop around your hand so when you pass it over her arm without touching her she feel the loop... and then by asking in the right way, everyone thinks that it was at the same time as when he touch him.

I think that's how it's done. But might be wrong.

from what i understand, the thread is between his two thumbs. Does that mean if I want to perform this effect, I can't do anything else? Or can I do card tricks, and then keeping the thread on my thumbs go into this effect.

If he uses a loop, you can just put it back on your wrist so your 2 hands are free.

If you watch closely at 1:10 -> 1:13 you will see him get the loop from his wrist.

And i have the best method ever for the first "touch" > you just have to get a friend behind the spectator and throw rocks on him ! (joke :p)
