well its obviously a switch, there is no other way to do it and to b honest the way he was holdin the envelope leads me to think the paper he pulls out is never actually in the envelope, rather its is behind it

I'm pretty sure that towards the end when he stands on the platform that the graffiti wall is on notice he takes the prediction out of view for just a second, i think he switches it with one that was made during the performance behind the wall.

I think he doesn't exchange anything. When he goes on the platform to take the knife his hand with the envelope goes on the panel. You can see that. What you can't see is that on the back of the wall an assistant is placing under his fingers the prediction poster. So when he goes back with the envelope he just "slips" the poster behind it.
