Homemade Airborne gimmick

Can someone give me some help with airborne? I know there is a attached inside the bottle. I know that the string pours into the glass along with the drink. What I don't know is how the string attaches to the glass. If someone knows how it attaches to the glass, please let me know. Thanks everybody.

there is an IT x on the cup. there is a piece of IT in the bottle with a hook on one end and a wieght big enough to stop the string from coming out, hope this helps
