Chinese Linking Rings Routine?

I was looking through the cupboard the other day and found dad's old Chinese Linking Rings.

They're about 20 years old, Non-shiny, 8 Ring set - one Gimmicked Ring(with a gap not a hinge), 2 Normal Rings, 1 set of two connected rings and one set of 3 connected rings.

I was wondering if anyone knew a Tutorial that they could point me to on a routine i could learn for them. Dad doesn't seem to remember there being any instructions and he is a bit rusty with them anyway.

yeah i have a magic kit that only came with 1 gap, 2 already linked, and one normal and i mite try to make a video, if not though just PM me
