yeah teh finger spin is exactly wat it looks like, u balance a card in the centre on the tip of ur finger and make very small circles to begin with and it should start spinning and eventually u get faster and faster

Try putting the card on your finger and spin it. keep doing it until you get it. (scarcasim intended)

The change could easily be done with double sided tape or something on your hand and just touching the top card. Not sure if that is it, but it would work.
