Can anyone recommend the name of some card to shoe DVD's?

I know how the trick works, but I'm bad with subtleties so I'd like to see how professionals do it. E.g. tipping the shoe?

the easiest one to do is a mercury card fold, pick the shoe up with the card palmed and then when u turn ur shoe upside down just release the palmed card

Do exactly what tramatised-magic said but if you want, keep a random folded up card in your shoe. So you point down to your shoe, everyone looks. And without you bending over and goig nowhere near your shoe, You can see a folded card, And you bend over push the card back into the tip of your shoe, and release your palm. I do it all the time with a signed card. Works brilliantly.

i got a great routine from the dvd party animal

this is what it looks like
u have 2 cards seelcted they both get put into the deck and shuffled.
u tell the specs their card is on the bottom of ur shoe, u lift up ur foot and pull off a card that is on it, its the signed card, u then hand this to the first spectator and emediatly take the rest of the deck and make it vanish all except the second selection.

very easy to do and no u dont just drop the first card on the floor lol

u control one card to the top and one card to the bottom of the deck, false shuffle to keep them there and ur ready to go.

tell them u have the card on the bottom of ur shoe and at teh same time look down at it, this will make everyone else look down as well and u lift ur foot up (just bend at the knee) the sole of ur shoe actually faces away from the audience and at this point u palm off the top card and act like ur pullin it off ur shoe, at the same time u ditch the deck apart from the bottom card into ur pocket. hold the single card as tho its a full deck

hand the first card to the spectator and then fake squash the deck and then reveal the deck has vanished apart form one card and its the second selecion

no problem espen, its actually really funny cause even most magicians actually fall for it sometimes when u look down at ur shoe with the card palm and dump the deck. no one ever sees the deck get ditched cause they are lookin in the opposite direction at ur foot lol

i just got both party animal dvds, and they got some nice routines in there

i have used a gimmicked card to shoe, called "shoe't", for several years now and it gets great reactions....and you dont have to fold the card......

for 22 bucks....it's a steal.

it uses a gimmicked insole that you wear in your shoe......

it uses 2 plactic cards.....a metal shim.....2 magnets....and a couple pieces of elastic....

you do your favorite card routine, with the signed selection ending on top of the deck....and then their signed card jumps to your shoe......

you kick off you shoe and you can see the card just like it shows in the add.....

as everyone looks down.... you palm the signed card off the top of the deck....hand the deck to someone....bend over and pick up the shoe.....and reach in with the palmed card...kick the fake card up into the toe of the shoe....and produce the palmed card.

the gimick does most of the work for you.
