Couldn't find anything on the trick after searching. What do you think of the visuals? Anyone know how it is done? I've done research on the net and it says the spec can't look at the cards when they are handed to him apparently

i know how this trick is done just from watchin the preview video

u need 11 cards, 5 blank 5 standard esp symbols (look at the video for those) and one dupe of one of the symbols

to start one of the double needs to have double sided tape on the back of it and the other double is attached to the back

u basically have the cards with symbols on and u hand the spec 5 blank cards wich they dont see, the excuse for this is cause u dont want them to be influenced in any way.

each person shuffles their cards and u take out any card and give it to the spec (really all u do is seperate the double and hand him the card)

it basically leaves u with a card on top of ur stack that has double sided tape on it, so that when he hands u one of the blank cards u just stick it on the dupe and u turn over the 2 cards and they match

its a very easy trick to figure out and its ok to perform, i usually only perform it on specially occasions

its not really examinable tho....well the double isnt lol the other cards obviosuly are

it before.. everyone picks the wavy lined card ( I'm talking about before he
gives her the star).

not every one will pick it, u will see everyone pick it cause they will only keep the footage of the ones they got right its just pure chance lol

most people will choose the wazy lines tho cause they want to catch u out i think. many people will either go for the star or wavy lines cause they think of the other 3 shapes as bein too simple

As said earlier, the Wavy line and the Star are the most picked symbols.
Just hold the Wavy card and ask "Do you think of a star ?" if the spectator answer "yes", then, no need to show the card (which is wrong) and put it back in the pack. You are correct.
If he say "no", just ask him which one he choose, it will most likely be the Wavy line, so just show the card and act like your first guess was just a joke to trick them.

If it's another symbol, then your screwed :p
But don't take it bad and just said : "Well ! You are a really special person, most people choose the star." and go on with the rest of the trick.
Oh, and if your wrong, don't show that the card you were holding was the Wavy Line. It look cool when you'r right but dumb when you're wrong.

why do u think he is askin so many fuckin questions. he is obviously a beginer and is tryin to learn magic tricks. the idea of this forum is to help each other out, no where in the rules does it say u have to contribute nor is it expected. if someone asks a question and someone knows the answer it is good to share the knowledge.

even i have to ask a few questions now and then, if u dont ask questions u never find out the answer.

did u ask the questions how tricks were done, if not to other magicians u must have at least wondered to ur self how tricks were done and went out to search for the answer....to find answers there must be a question. weather u physically ask that question or not is irrelevant. so think of it this way you were once that idiot (to quote ur self so elequantly)
what if no one helped u because u didnt share any magical contributions when u were first startin out?? u'd get no where. if u have nothin to contribute how can u contribute? fuckin idiot!!
