first of all the gimmik. on penguinmagic they say that you get some "spiecially formulated wax" thats the main secret.(im not sure as i dont have this affect i just worked it out
the performance
you get a spectator to choose and sign a card while they are doing this you secretly turn the top 2 cards over put the spectators card face up on top of them. then triple lift and put the top card in the middle (the audiece thinks its their card) then double lift showing it on top put the top card in the middle and give a rubber band to the spectator so they can check it's real while they are turn the deck face up and attach some magicians wax to their selection (now at the bottom of the face up pack) put the rubber band around the deck all exept for the top card throw the deck to the ceiling and it will stick.
look at the demo vid as you are reading my instructions to get it

the version i do is where it looks like the is embeded into the ceiliong on one corner, but the only problem is it uses a gimmick card in that u need to cut the corner off and attach a piece of tape to the back of it.
u take any card cut the corner off and take a piece of tape and double it over on its self sticky side to sticky side, leaving some stickyness so u can attach the flap to the card, the tape only needs to b no more than an inch long attach it so that it doesnt go over the edge of the missing corner then apply a small piece of magicians wax to the tape , gimmick made...
keep the gimmick on top, shouldnt look too obvious cause the back designs should still match up, force a card same as ur gimmick, loose it in the deck and put a rubber band around 2 opposite corners of the deck....the one where the missing corner is on ur gimmick and its opposit one. then launch the deck at the ceiling keeping it as flet as possible, the wax should stick the card to the ceiling and with it only held on with one corner it should come out quite freeely and as the deck falls the card should be held in place and look like its corner is stuck in the ceiling
from there if u go "pull" it out, u can do a simple switch to give the card back to the spectator
if that doesnt help i'll try and find the original manuscript for ya or make a video tutorial
