To bend molucules in water just by thinking about it, there for allowing you to walk on it? Also making it ice, but sense theres no ice there virtually nothing he is walking on that could be classified as water?
Lol, water isn't a free surface, if he was walking on water, it
1. be very hard to stand up, with all the ripples and things, majorly when the girl swam under him, tones of water would be pushed up and around, he would loose his balance.
2. .....Lol its just not possible as far as I know, YET.

I think that's really funny. Surface tension can't even float a penny. I agree with the guy who suggested that he walked on slates of special glass.
