im going to try to put all my threads together here;)

do you love d'lites, but just think that spending 40 bucks is too much for 2 thumb tips with touch activated LED's? you've come to the right place.

make them for about 3 dollars or less.(3 dollars for each d'lite, 6 dollars for a pair)

i got all the materials from my science class[(jacked them... )] ((except the thumb tip, which i got for 3 bucks from a cheap magic store))

heres the pictures and explanations

This is everything you will need.

I found this circuit board thing with LED's, or some other cool red lights :-)

This is a regular battery pack that holds 2 AA batteries. You go get the 2 batteries now! ....

Connect the battery pack to the circuit board thing, but only the blue, or whatever color, the NEGATIVE wire. do this securely using tape. My battery pack allredy had wires attached to it, and so should yours. but if not, go get some wiring and attach it to the pack with some regular tape.

Here you can see that i have attached the red, or positive, wire, but i taped it about half an inch off the end to expose the wirering completely.

i have to make 3 threads since this stupid, no offense d j castle...system does not let me putm more than 5 attachements. so read on to the other thread titled

k heres some more

now if i push it from the bottom...

the wire touches the connection and the lights light up, but as soon as you let go...

it turns off again. that it just what we want it to do. if you own a d'lite or know how they work exactly, you know what i mean, but for the others, the d'lite has like a touch activation, you touch it, and it lights up, let go and it turns off. just like our little"hair trigger touch-switch"...

you will also need a normal thumb tip, get the cheapest you can, quality does not matter. but if you want to know, the original VERNET THUMB TIP works best for this gimmick(i have tried 4 other ones, they were all good, but this one pawns all because it shines the brightest and cleanest )

you are going to attach the battery pack to your wrist so with normal tape.it is palm up(look at next pics to see what i mean)

it should kinda look like this when you have attached the gimmick to ur hand and arms.

heres the last of the series

now slip the thumb tip over your thumb with the circuit board and adjust it so that you can turn it on and off by will by just pressing the thumb tip and releasing it.

light that baby on fire!!!!!!!!! turn it on and be amazed!....

this is what it would like to a spectator. pretty cewl, no?

yay!!!!!!!!!!!

finally finished.

final tips:

Always wear a coat or something with long sleeves that reach the bottom of your hands.

also, the angles are not to strickt, but try to keep the audience in the front of your body.

well, thats it.

i hope it was usefull to you.

if you experience any problems or just have a question, just reply and i'll be happy to help you:-)
