Just wondering who out here has a bird and what kind...

I have a green cheek conure - http://photos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-sf2p/v256/210/6/503251075/n503251075_859308_5789.jpg (pic taken almost a year ago)

and an african grey congo which is still a baby picking up in a few weeks...

What kind of bird do you have and do you use it for magic?

I use my green cheek conure and plan on using my african grey

greys arent really good birds for magic acts....they have a rep for being really shy birds.....and being in new places with new people really stresses them out. (i have one)

the macaws make much better show birds....they are known for being showoffs and likeing attention from lots of different people.

if you're looking for a bird for your show....i'd rethink the idea of getting a grey...they just arent cut out for it.

Now I'm just spit-balling ideas out, so don't go all, "Dude, are you retarded?" But, do you think that in the future, hypothetically, penguins could be used for some sort of act?

Well, not everyone is comfortable with penguins live in front of them, and it's not ordinary.
Maybe in the future when global warming is at its highest, and penguins need to migrate, it won't be so unordinary.

i realize that magick, but i found 2 birds at a rescue place in nevada. i can get 2 african greys cage and toys and all for 380

I just have to pay to have them shipped here.
If they dont work out as birds for my act that is fine.
I have found someone who is looking for someone to adopt their white cockatoo and i am looking into that
