i actually revealed this a few weeks ago

u need a coin bite or a folding coin

u take the gimmick apart and the small piece is hidden in a fold in the skin wich is held closed with rubber cement just like nedle thru arm or saw

the actual coin is just palm the coin u see in his mouth is the oher part of the folding coin wich just gets hidden under the tongue or in the cheek

then when the other part is seen to b pushed out the arm u pick it up and switch it for the actual coin
