Pixel question

How does he get the card to penetrate the deck so cleanly. Like it just pops up it doesnt pop out or anything?

Look at the pic below.

It shud make sense.

U wrap it around the side and back underneath, so when it rests on the table it shud be enough weight to hold it down.
From the picture if i was doing it, I wud pull the band under the deck to the right.

Did you use size 16 rubber bands? (2 1/2 inches lengthwise when laid out)
