Some cool Routines you like to Perform (Help) !!

Ok Guys!!
As i mentioned before, after a week iam gonna perform Tricks on my Farewell Party so i really want you to name all those routines or tricks you perform whenever you go out or in some party e.t.c. I have Dozen's of tricks and i wanna perform 1 or 2 hour routines, or it can be combined as Danny's Project, Art of astonishment OR some simple tricks.For Example, the Starting tricks (2 or 3), The ROUTINE (4 OR 5) / TRICKS (10 OR 11) and CLOSEUPS (4 OR 5) to complete my session so that they'll never forget by performance ever (Its my wish).So plz guys help me out becauze i need to practice the routines in a week to be perfected !! Well the tricks i have are like 100's and i have a good handling in them.But iam confused how to join altogether to make a perfect routine as i described before... :( :(

You want 2 hours worth of material for next week?
At this point, you are supposed to be perfecting the stuff you already know and working more on your presentation. (Like Alchemist said)

I mean, it's possible, but, at this point you shouldn't be looking for new stuff, you're going to have to work really hard.

I can't really recommend trick, but I can recommend where you can find some sort tricks that may be suitable for you try: Born to Perform and maybe Self Working Card Tricks by Mike Maxwell ;) .

But, seriously, I said this before in my post, look back at tricks you have already learnt and perfect them if you really want to put on a good show. I mean, there are probably some new tricks you can try if you are a sleight of art pro.

I personally find these sort of threads difficult to answer, I mean, I could make a WHOLE list of tricks I perform, but, that may be completely useless to you, it matters what type of person you are. I personally don't do any sort of ACR routine often, but, there are so many others that always do ACRs.

EDIT: I've just read your last post before mine. If you want us to help you with how to sort out your routine, you are going to have to tell us what tricks you enjoy and plan to perform. Then we may be able to tell you how to order your routines. We can't tell you which order to perform your tricks that we don't even know.

Ok my kinda tricks that i love to perform are Gone coin vanish, Rick ferguson's tagged, Emotional Intelligence, Mobile phone Magics, Extreme Burn, Ambitious card routines, Danny's (Fraud, Project), Colour Burn by David Forrest, All Gaff decks including Invisible decK, Stripper Deck, Svengali Deck, Sick by Sean Field, Thread by Wayne,Double Backer or Double Facers, Card Rises,ACES Routines like Dream of ACES or Mercury ACES, TNR effects and Some Mentalisms...... I think they r enough LOL.

im sure all he needs is a guidline then he will use the stuff he knows to match it as well as he can

as a starting effect you need something hard hitting... keep them watching do something with fire if you can jay sankeys in a flash would be a good trick if you have this but anything with fire is good

you want to be able to do 2 - 3 close up tricks that follow eachother but arnt too similar i usualy do some kind of ace production, do something with the aces then finnish the five speed (theory11) obviously you will have to play with what you know choose your best 3 then put them in a working order
these are good for walk around routines

finally for a finnisher you need something that will leave them with a momory and preferbly a souvenier if you can involve a business card or something that they can take which will enable them to contact you (that is if you want business) you could even write your phone number on the signed card if your using one. suggestions are card thru window, pressure, indecent, witness, or why not use something of your own ? you want to leave a lasting impression so try to find something original rather than just using other peoples tricks.anyway i hope this hurts, dont try something too new cos although i dont agree that you cant learn new tricks in a week you need to be able to do the sleights involved there what take the practice. so yeh at the end of the day its your show and you need to organise it how you feel comfortable and preferble if its your first show then i reccoment tricks you can do second nature cos if your nervous trust me you go to fast and mess up.

lol whenever i learn a trick i do it to my dad and him not taking notice makes me nervous for some wierd reason and i mess up cos my attention is focused on !OI dad look the f**k here lol !

btw as a response to your previous post really consider what i said about using your own stuff like its ok to use some of other peoples but gosh you seem very gimicky and rely on other people and yeh if your like that then this show will be hard for u

1 to 2 hours of magic would be boring. Can't you trim it down to 30 minutes to at MOST an hour? I can tell be the kind of material you're interested in that stretching it for long isn't a feasible idea.

You need highly varied tricks, and tricks with long but involved buildups, or tricks that are deliberately slow to be able to do a one hour show that isn't boring.

Took you a while to realize that. Personality isn't something you just pick up. Like most performing arts, magic is a highly subjective matter. Do what you enjoy doing. Period.

so just come with OK tricks that you already know such as a simple ambitious card routine or something in that direction then take a break and do some wicked card effects and then the party is over:)

Something that i do is a ambitious card routine then do it with 3 cards like Daryl does switching the decks to one set up with riot gimmick gets great reactions.
