Disapeering cell phone

hey everyone, I have a question. as some of you may know, I am a comedy magician, and seeing blind dodo's post made me remember a comedy routine that I once saw. I perform every Saturday at my local magic shop if i don't have a scheduled performance, and I once saw a man do a routine where his cellphone kept going off in the middle of the performance. He then proceeded to set it on fire and all this deranged stuff, but it ended up fine and ringing in his pocket. This makes me want to do something like it. I want to be able to use my ring tones so does anyone have any ideas on different ways to make the same cellphone disappear and reappear in my pocket?

I'm not really sure, short of palming and loading it into the pocket. I'd say gecko, but it won't land into your pocket.

yea. well I'm going to my local magic shop this Saturday so if they can figure something out I will tell you guys, the guy there is a genius. but if you do have any ideas, post em.

where didi he take the cellphone out? out of the pocket of his jacket or pants?
there could be a hole in the jacket and than he used gecko!

a topit works

i would deffinatly agree with that....a topit and a hole in ur pocket

if u dont know how a topit works, u'll basically be able to vanish the phone and dump it on the inside of a jacket and then be able to produce it form the front pocket of ur jacket, or even form ur pants pocket if u can figure away of join the topit to ur pants pocket instead lol

most of the vnaishes on that video posted by blind dodo, the vnaishes were just palms and sleevein

for vanishes you can try sleeving, but i like to mess with people and ask them to borrow their phone(its actually a rip off of a Barry and Stewart bit) I show the phone more or less palmed, knock on the wall, and while their looking at the wall just slip it into the pocket, its sort of a natural position to be in, and then slap my empty hands against the wall to make them think i smashed their phone up. its kinda cheap, but i like it. i use it with my partner and have him play the mugger, then run into the wall after the phone, to get it back i pull it out of his mouth.
