well i used to have a fake light bulb but didnt float, but when u twist the bottom part it light cuz batteries :)

I got a floating light bulb trick a while ago, it was terrible. It was basically a pink strip or plastic which wraps around your finger. And on the end of it there was a tiny bit of copper wire which lights the bulb and makes it float. The only good thing is the being able to light it up. The floating is terrible.
