i think i know how the 5 is produced but the king i'm still havein trouble with comin up with a viable method

the 5 tho could quite easily be a double face card with a joker on the other side.

u hold the double facer with a joker so it looks like a single card. place it on top of the deck with another joker so to an audience it looks like u only place 2 jokers on the top then all u do is spread and voila u have the 5 inbetween them....u never see the back of it

other than that i'm realy not sure. i think the king is similar but its a regular card wich means it would be slightly more complicated to pull off

I went through the comments on the youtube vid. Inseki, the magician, claims it can be any two selected cards and also works with signed cards. Of course, he could very well be lying, or a saying a half-truth meaning that yes it can be any two selected cards, as long as the selected ones are the ones matching the gimmicks.

I worked out a method, but it requires gimmicking the Jokers and possibly the deck, to maintain the condition of free choice.
