well I don't think you should say "get" a girl because they aren't possessions but if you want her attention, be charming and whitty. If she prefers the jerk type, then try to be a jerk but don't take it too far so she loses interest or you get your ass kicked. The best thing is to just be yourself, don't try to be anyone else. If she likes you then great. If she doesn't then I don't think she is the right one for you. Then you should just move on, there are plenty of girls out there who would love to go out with you.

i would do something that she would prob like (da) like controlled coin flip that tends to freek ppl out. But dont just go up to her and say i got a magic trick for you (that sounds kinda corny) do the majic trick at the right time not just randomly. the way i do it is keep the chosen card on top of the deck and palm the card in you hand and put it behind your hand like you would do to make a card appear in your hand.

well i'm not your age so couldnt give you that much advice, erm lol, my cousins now 12, and i'm sure (i think) he got one at 9 years old, my advice is just talk to her, get to know her abit before you ask her out, dont do a trick, i never did a trick for mine, i do now, but not when we first met. You need to become VERY good friends before you ask a girl out, so yeh, talk to her when ever you can, tell jokes, that sort of stuff. I'd also say dont try and flirt untill your sure she will go along with it, like a few months maybe, give her compliments aswell, just play it cool, and dont rush it :)
