magiccap is a pen with half a cap on it and u do a paddle type of move to rotate the pen to show the cap is gone or it reapears,

basically the cap on the pen is made of a black drinking straw with the stick thing glue to it and that is glue to the end of the pen. glue it so that one way u can see a pen with a cap on and if u rotate it 180 degrees it should look like there is no cap

as u go to take the cap off u just rotate the pen so it isnt seen then either make the cap vanish or slide it inot a psp....note that requires u to already have a video that u can play to make it look like ur shakin it around inside. lol

i honestly think ur friend is tryin to disguise what the secret is, all it is is as i described before, a pen with half a cap glue to the top of it and u rotate it to make it look as tho it has a cap on it or not, its not delicate in any way its glue on :confused:
