User MagicMan44 has been banned for innapropriate behavior, racism, sexual content, overall bad user. This user has been banned permanently. Many users who were online during the riots last night know why.
BREAKING DEVELOPMENT: I know some of the older members will remember magictavio and penguin magic, do you remember those guys?, well, I have discovered the user MagicMan44 has the same ip address as those members, making them the same person. Also, he has the same email address in each account, and, it is a made up address. Making him, the same user.

LOL, you can't ban someones network, I beleive the be illegal even if you could.
He can only IP block. Banning your network would be like banning your server, if you ban a server from one thing, it wont be able to do ANYTHING, there for making it impossible......

You can, Say his ip is 12.3.456.789 All you do is where you type in his ip to ban him you type, 12.3.456.* and it bans his network, if he tried to change his ip he could only change the last numbers. I have delt with someone like this before. It would only be illegal if the government decided banning someone for bein an 4$$ illegal.
