I Just posted a good question on other forums that are available for a more mature crowd. What I meant by that is a forum that caters to older people
and people that have been doing magic a little longer.

I do not see how the response that I got was appropriate or called for.

Pleasend beat me to the better one but I still advise you to visit:

My post was not to insinuate that everyone here was immature or that there
was nothing but little kids here. I was simply asking is anyone knew of any forums that catered to older adults.

Stryker your response is neither mature or expected from a moderator.

Well, as I was one who laughed behind my computer while reading Stryker's comment, I guess I could say sorry for laughing at you. If that makes you feel any better.

It would have been funny, and I would have laughed my self, if I was flaming
the board and saying there was a bunch of Kids here. I wasn't, I was looking
for forums in addition to this forum. the only forums I am a member of are
this one, penguinmagic, and Ellusionist. I just want to see if there are more out
there that some people might recommend.

I have done a few searches but really haven't found anything decent.

I'm sorry but the attitude I felt I received from you was that of a complaint. You wouldn't have been the first to complain about the imaturity in the communtiy. I assumed you thought that the forum was compeltely made up of little kids who aren't mature? Anyhow I'm sorry if I misinterpreted you but for the larger part of newcomers who have been coming in it has been take, take. No thank you's and only complaints.

Could you be a little more specific next time in telling us what is wrong with this forum. Because usually when you make a thread on a forum asking for another forum it belittles the forum the thread is on. I hope you can see why I drew that conclusion because thats exactly how it sounds.

If your serious about a site centered to older adults theres always magichat.co.uk and theres another one on the tip of my tongue. As magicians get older they don't enjoy exposure therefore there are almost no sites for exposure for adults. If you're just asking for a magic forum in general I could probably name many.

Basically to sum it up I'm sorry if i sounded insulting and maybe I should have been more polite. My mood is just kinda worked up because the room I'm in is 37 degrees Celsius and I misinterpreted your request as an insult. So Sorry.

Apology accepted and I will take better care to be a little more specific.

Its not like I don't like these forums I would just like to be able to share with
those within my age range as well who I might share some more things in
common with or experiences. Like How to balance practicing and auditions
for gigs and making time for my Kids.. Stuff like that.
