I have looked all over for the tutorial for this trick and i cant find it. I think its done by penguin magic. But this trick is the magician mixes up a deck with face up and face down cars and spreads out the deck and shows it. he then flips the deck and all the cards are face up and in numarical order. If any one knows how its done please tell me:D

A video would help. It is probably a false shuffle.

its a triumph routine. the cards are setup in numerical order at the start of the trick and seemingly mixed up but in actual fact arent, they only look like they are bein mixed up. i used to have a video for it i'll see if i can find it
i beleive its called emerge triumphant
ok cant find the tutorial video, but basically what u do is have a spec pick a card, they place it back in the deck. which is actually placed back where they took it from so the deck retains its order. then cut the card to the bottom and transfer it when u split the pack so that it is then reversed. do a false riffle shuffle - this is done by riffleing the cards but letting them fall outjogged slightly, u then strip out all the cards u just riffled and place them on top of the pack in ur hand, it should look like ur riffle the cards then cut them. then show that all the cards have turned to face the same way all except the specs card, then show that all the cards are in numerical order
heres the performance video hopefully someone can get a tutorial up - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLTxWILiGQk
